The VIPER X band saw is manufactured using high-alloyed chromium (~4%) the substrate material, the cutting edge is made of high-speed tool steel HSS M42 with 8% cobalt content.

Scope of application:

It is designed for cutting blanks of large, medium and small sizes, profile cross-section for all types of steel and alloys on band saw equipment of any brand of column, pendulum type. High productivity for piece and batch cutting.

Features:

The angle of attack of the tooth is 10 degrees, the reinforced back of the tooth protects the blade from destruction under shock loads and prevents the process of chipping teeth.

The cutting of profile blanks made of structural steel is characterized by high vibration during cutting. The reinforced cutting edges of the VIPER X teeth withstand the effects of intermittent cutting and ensure high productivity.

Running-in of the tooth is not necessary for this web.
