The NORDEX BATTLESHIP CT10 is specifically designed to increase productivity in high-volume industries.

Scope of application:

The NORDEX BATTLESHIP CT10 is designed for high-performance work, hardened steels with hardness up to 62 HRC, as well as for use on equipment in a state of high wear.

Main technical specifications:

The body of the canvas is made of 1.2390 steel

Carbide soldering - W(88-92%),Co(8-12%), hardness - 1600 HV according to Vickers.

Specialized sharpening - GTM type, combined three-stage, providing better chip removal at high speeds; front angle - 6.5, rear angle - 18.

Tooth geometry: trapezoidal and straight.

Peculiarities:

A special feature of the NORDEX BATTLESHIP CT10 is its long service life due to the wear-resistant and heat-resistant ST10 material, which protects the tooth from overheating. The shape of the tooth with specialized sharpening breaks the chips into two parts during operation, thereby reducing the vibration level and improving the quality of the cut.

It cannot be used for cutting the following materials:

Graphite, plastic, rubber, rubber, plexiglass.
