Raptor band saw is made using high-alloyed chromium (~4%) of the substrate material, the cutting edge is made of high-speed tool steel HSS M42 with 11% cobalt content
Scope of application:
The Raptor M42 band saw is ideal for cutting hard-to-process materials, tool and stainless steels, and titanium alloys.
Features:
The angle of attack of the tooth is 16 degrees.
A special feature of the Raptor blade is the divorced teeth on the blade with a reinforced tooth back, which makes the saw more productive, and the tool life is higher, as well as the exclusive advantage of the Raptor is the ground tooth and increased saw stiffness.
