NORDEX BATTLESHIP CT40 Specially designed for cutting materials after heat treatment (quenching and tempering).
Scope of application:
For cutting materials with a tensile strength in the range of 50..65 HRC.
Peculiarities:
- increased wear resistance of the cutting edges of the teeth;
- band saw blade with carbide insert of special design for cutting hardened materials with hardness of 50-65 HRC;
- for cutting materials with a strength from 50 to 60 Rockwell;
- The special sharpening of the NORDEX BATTLESHIP CT40 forms teeth with different chip breakers in volume, which forms a high-quality cut at the output;
- high operating mode, heat resistance characterize this saw as unpretentious in operation.
All saws are manufactured in accordance with ISO - 9001 and ISO -14001 standards
