NORDEX HUNTER M51 Band saw

The HUNTER M51 band saw is manufactured using high-alloyed chromium (~4%) The cutting edge is made of high-speed tool steel HSS M51 with 10% cobalt content.

Scope of application:

It is designed for cutting large and medium-sized workpieces, usually solid sections or pipes with a thick wall, for alloyed and high-alloy steels and alloys on band saw equipment with a low vibration level.

Main technical specifications:

The body of the canvas is made of 7HS34(AISI) steel. Teeth material - high-speed steel HSS M51, HS2-4-3-10 (DIN), with a cobalt content of 10%. hardness is HRC ≥69 according to Rockwell.

Tooth profile - POV.

Sharpening: front corner - 11 , back corner - 20.

The wiring is variable.

Designed for corrosion-resistant and acid-resistant steels and alloys.                      Cutting of steels with a tensile strength of up to 1800 n/mm2

Peculiarities:
