Description
The NORDEX BATTLESHIP CT20 carbide saw is manufactured with a tooth layout to improve the chip separation process when operating the saw on hard steels and alloys.
Scope of application:
- high-speed steels;
- stainless and acid-resistant steels (light);
- stainless and acid-resistant steels (heavy);
- heat-resistant;
- nickel-based alloys;
- titanium alloys;
- steels with a tensile strength of >1000 H/mm2.

The body of the cloth is made of steel ~1.7791
Carbide soldering - W(88-92%),Co(8-12%), hardness - 1600 HV according to Vickers.
Specialized sharpening - GTS type, combined three-stage.
Tooth geometry: trapezoidal and variably beveled.
Sharpening: three-sided, front angle - 9.5, rear angle - 18.
Wiring: combined alternating.
Features
