Description
The Nordex Resistance FML carbide saw is manufactured with an arrangement of teeth to improve the chip separation process when working with hard steels and alloys.
Scope of application:
- high-speed steels;
- stainless and acid-resistant steels (light);
- stainless and acid-resistant steels (heavy);
- nickel and chromium-based alloys;
- titanium alloys;
- steels with tensile strength > 1000 H/mm2.
Main technical characteristics:
- The material of the teeth is tungsten carbide (directly fused to the substrate);
- Combined three-stage sharpening.
Features
- it has a cutting ability that is more effective in comparison with other saws of this class;
- it is well suited for large-section workpieces, thanks to the saw layout, the probability of so-called collapse is significantly reduced;
- designed for cutting difficult-to-process, especially viscous materials, it works well on equipment that has been without maintenance for a long time.
