Description
The bimetallic web is made using high-alloyed chromium (4%) substrate material, the cutting edge of which is made of high-speed high-strength steel HSS M51 with the addition of 10% cobalt. The hardness of the tooth is 70 HRs according to Rockwell.
Main technical characteristics and scope of application:
- Designed for cutting large and medium-sized workpieces;
- For profile and solid workpieces;
- Combination of high and low teeth to reduce the load on each tooth;
- Variable (dispersed) type of wiring;
- Positive forward angle (attack) 11 degrees;
- It is suitable for sawing hard-to-process materials: bearing steel; high-speed steels, stainless steels, corrosion-resistant and acid-resistant steels with a tensile strength of up to 1800 H/mm2.
