The M42 NORDEX-FOREST HUNTER band saws are designed for sawing wood
Scope of application
Bimetallic Band Saws have proven themselves equally well on soft, hard wood species both in the warm season and in winter
In comparison with carbonaceous webs, bimetallic band saws:
- higher precision when cutting wood
- the cutting area at the outlet is cleaner
- maximum saw feed into the workpiece (from 9 m/min) cutting speed from 29 m/s
- they do not require sharpening and wiring of the canvas
M42 NORDEX-FOREST HUNTER For cutting materials with a tensile strength in the range of 50..65 HRC.
Peculiarities:
The cutting edge is made of high-speed M42 steel, which provides high wear resistance and long working time between sharpening operations. The hardness is 65-68 HRC. The saw body is made of alloy steel according to GOST 45HGNMFA analog (Sweden) DIN -D6
The teeth are hardened, sharpened and divorced.
