1.1. Environmental requirements for the use of equipment
Maintaining a constant level of ambient temperature is an important factor for precision machining.
(1) The permissible ambient temperature is between 10°C and 40°C. At an ambient temperature of 20 °C, the humidity should be between 40 and 75%.
(2) In order to maintain the static accuracy of the machine in the specified range, the optimal ambient temperature should be between 15°C and 25°C, and the temperature difference should not exceed ±2℃/24h.
1.2. Supply voltage: three-phase five-wire, 380V, in the range of voltage fluctuations ± 10%, the frequency of the supply network: 50Hz ± 1%.
1.3. If the voltage in the area of use is unstable, the machine must be equipped with an adjustable power source to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
1.4. The machine must be securely grounded: the grounding wire is copper, the wire cross section is at least 6 mm2, the grounding wire.

1.5 In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, if the compressed air from the air source does not meet the requirements for the air source, a set of air source cleaning device should be added before supplying air to the machine. (dehumidification, degreasing, filtration)
1.6. Coolant requirements
(1) The coolant must be water-soluble.
(2) The coolant must be chemically stable and lubricious.
(3) Make sure that the coolant does not have a toxic effect on the human body.
(4) Make sure that the coolant does not harden or expand the rubber and resin products.
(5) Use a low foaming coolant.
1.7. To ensure the normal operation of the equipment, the continuous operation time of the spindle should not exceed 30 minutes at maximum speed, and the continuous operation time of the spindle should not exceed 8 hours at a maximum speed of 80%. .
1.8. Keep the equipment away from direct sunlight, sources of vibration and heat, as well as high-frequency generators, electric welding machines, etc., to avoid machine failure or loss of machine accuracy.
