Double-sided CNC Lathe The double-sided CNC lathe is an efficient and high-precision machine. The clamped workpiece can simultaneously rotate the outer circle, the end face and the inner hole. The production efficiency is higher than that of the traditional process, and the alignment and precision of the machined parts are better. At the request of the customer, auxiliary loading and unloading devices and automatic loading and unloading devices can be provided randomly. The diameter of the clamp varies from φ5 mm to φ250 mm, and the processing length ranges from 140 mm to 3200 mm.

• The machine has an inclined bed 450, which is characterized by good rigidity and convenient chip removal.
• The spindle box combines three components of the spindle system, a fixture and a clamping cylinder, with a compact design and reliable operation. The mount is fixed hydraulically. The clamping diameter of the clamp is divided into two blocks.
• Collet type clamp. Adjustment cams are installed in the elastic chuck to replace the machining parts and change the diameter of the clamp. You only need to replace the adjusting claws, which is fast and convenient.
• Depending on the parts being processed, several boring tools are required. To avoid tool interference, the turret is custom-made, and the rotation diameter of the cutting head is large. To make the tower more rigid, the height of the tower center is 125 mm.
• The machine is equipped with a two-channel control system, and two handy plates can be connected to the spindle simultaneously or separately to perform simultaneous or sequential processing of both ends of the part.
• To meet the different requirements of different customers, this machine can be equipped with a left/right console for customers' choice.
• As for loading and unloading, it is currently manual loading and unloading. Taking into account the large weight of the support wheels, automatic loading and unloading devices of a truss or hinged type can be installed in agreement with the buyer.
