One end performs machining steps such as the outer circle and the end face. At the other end, drilling, boring and internal step processing are performed. It is equipped with a tool shop for automatic tool change. After processing the throttle valve in the current position, the turntable rotates 180°. The end face and outer circle are processed after boring, and the end face of the outer circle and the end surface are processed for boring.
The operation is simple, and the workpiece can be processed by several processes with only one positioning. And it has greatly reduced the workforce.
