(1)Housing/bed：
The width of the bed is 755 mm, the material is HT300; the guide is hardened to HRC52, by grinding the guides with a high-precision grinding machine after roughness Ra0.63, precision and high wear resistance. The machine body is a common structure, greatly improves the rigidity of the machine.
(2)The main grandmother：
Spindle assembly with integrated gearbox, powerful spindle motor, stepless speed control. A wide range of speed control allows not only to meet the requirements of fine threads, but also to achieve efficient cutting. The use of quenching precision grinding gears and high-quality bearings ensures low noise and good sound quality. The problem of poor machine rigidity caused by an open spindle box has been solved.
Strong external circulation of the cooling and lubrication system, both to reduce the temperature rise of the spindle and to effectively maintain cleaning and lubrication.
(3) Tailstock：
The standard tailstock spindle of this machine is φ140.
The seat guide of the bed is equipped with an anti-friction guide plate, which effectively increases the wear resistance and accuracy of holding the guide.
The machine uses a 4-station AK21300 revolver head, which is characterized by high accuracy, rotation stability and ease of operation.
