1. Machine body
The width of the body rail is 550 mm, the material is HT300. Ultrasonic hardening is achieved up to HRC52. The roughness is Ra 0.63 after grinding on a high-precision grinding machine. It has high precision and wear resistance. The machine body is an integral structure that significantly increases the rigidity of the machine.
2. Spindle box
Spindle with integrated gearbox, powerful spindle servo motor, stepless speed control. A wide range of speed control is not only to meet the requirements of high-speed thread processing, but also to achieve efficient cutting. Hardened and precision grinding gear, high-quality bearings to ensure low machine noise, good sound quality.
The headstock uses a strong cooling lubricant with external circulation, which not only reduces the temperature of the spindle, but also keeps the headstock clean and lubricated.
3. Tailstock
This machine is equipped with a tailstock spindle φ100 as standard. Mohs 5 # top.
4. CNC turret
Use the YTUM AK21240X4C four-station vertical electric tool holder. It has the characteristics of high precision, stable rotation and easy operation.
5. Two-axis feed
Both the X-axis and the Z-axis use a high-precision direct-drive ball screw and the pre-tension structure of the lead screw. Precision ball screw bearings are used for positioning and support; the Z shaft nut rack is an integral casting structure.
6. Electric box of the machine: a closed independent electric box equipped with a cooling device for operation in conditions of high temperature and dust.
7. Machine protection to protect the double door structure.
