General information

 

  1. Our HL series CNC lathe is a high-strength, high-precision CNC turning center;
  2. This bed, spindle box, seat, motor niche and support seats are made of HT cast iron. All castings are aged for 56 hours or more, and a release time is added, which is beneficial to eliminate internal stress and ensure stability.
  3. The bed has a 30-degree diagonal sealed structure, which significantly increases the stability and rigidity of cutting during machine processing.
  4. The spindle body demonstrates excellent heat dissipation, achieving a minimum error of thermal displacement.
  5. The X/Z axis is compensated by the laser pitch to ensure precision machining of the machine.
  6. The X/Z axis uses linear rails, high rigidity, low noise, low friction, can ensure fast movement and optimal accuracy.
  7. Fast X/Z movement: 20/20/20 mm/min.
  8. The X/Z axis servo motor is directly connected to the screw using a precision coupling to eliminate the gap in the connection and improve transmission efficiency.
  9. The coolant capacity is 240 liters, placed at the bottom of the machine to save space.
  10. The spindle has a standard speed of 3500 rpm. The machine is a spindle motor with a power of 15/18.5 kW. The spindle pulley uses a multi-ribbed belt that does not slip to ensure that the power of the spindle motor is used to the maximum and improve cutting rigidity.
