High rigidity machine bed
- The design of the T-shaped cast high-strength bed and the closed symmetrical profile ensure the overall accuracy of the machine, efficient tool change and pallets.
The gantry frame of the pallet changer is a rotating structure
- The gantry pallet replacement station with high rigidity and self-lubricating bearings ensures balance and reliability during the replacement process.
Tool Shop
- A tool shop with a servo drive. The search for the right tool occurs simultaneously with the operation of the manipulator, significantly auxiliary time.
Drive cooling system
- The machine is equipped with a system of circulating cooling of the nuts and seats on all axes, which significantly reduces thermal deformation and provides excellent positioning accuracy.
Characteristics
HPC high-speed milling machines are the "high end" line of HISION horizontal machining centers.
The structure of the machines was developed by the finite element method. The massive cast bed in combination with high-quality roller rolling guides and a high-speed motor spindle allow the machine to cope with all types of metal processing: from high-precision finishing to heavy milling, from aluminum to steel and casting. In addition, the machines have outstanding dynamic characteristics of idle movements and feed along the axes, as well as the speed of the pallet changer, which significantly saves time on auxiliary operations.
