Characteristics
Gear milling machines
Thanks to the modular construction principle, the H80 – H200 series can be adapted to the requirements of the automotive industry as well as to general industrial applications – for mass production and for flexible small-scale production.
The base blocks of the machines are made of high-quality grey cast iron, which in combination with the frame structure guarantees maximum vibration damping and thermal stability with minimal footprint. The machine bed is equipped with a coolant circulation circuit, which ensures the thermal stability of the machine and minimizes temperature fluctuations.
Fast and easy control of the entire process is provided by modern interactive software implemented on the latest version of the Siemens Sinumerik 840 D CNC system.
