Characteristics
Gear Milling Machine
The H 250/300/400 series machines are specially designed for high-performance dry tooth processing or COOLANT processing of parts with a diameter of up to 400 mm, and guarantee the best performance in the case of production of small batches of parts, as well as in mass production conditions. The H 250/300/400 series machines allow the processing of straight-toothed and bevel gears, crown and cone gears, worm gears, sprockets and pulleys for toothed belt gears; block gears and special profiles.
Depending on the specific range of parts, we equip the machine with the appropriate milling head to ensure optimal performance that meets your requirements.
Machines of this series can be used for rolling or profile milling, dry or using coolant, high-speed steel cutters or carbide cutters for processing gears after heat treatment. The machine can be equipped with a ring loader or a portal loader, depending on the customer's requirements
