Gear milling machines
The machines of the H 900/1500/2300 series are designed for processing parts of large standard sizes: straight and bevel gears, gears with an end tooth, cylindrical-conical gears, worm wheels, block gears, special profiles (for example, compressor rotors), oval wheels, chevron wheels and internal gear rings. This series of machines allows for both gear milling by rolling and single-division milling with high-speed steel or hard alloy cutters, with or without cooling, as well as chamfering at the end of the tooth.
For economical milling of internal gear rings, the H 900/1500/2300 series machines can be retrofitted with a milling head for processing with modular disc cutters. This head can be easily replaced with a milling head for processing with worm cutters.
