The H 600 machine is characterized by a very high spindle torque, an increased rotation angle and an elongated counter-resistant for machining parts with a large module and tooth height. The elongated anti-resistance allows you to clamp long and thin parts such as rotors and shafts. Taking into account the cutting forces typical for this type of processing, special attention is paid to the rigidity of the moving parts of the machine. The powerful and rigid spindle guarantees smooth machining of large rotors, and fast high-torque drives ensure high productivity and processing quality in high-torque profile milling or high-speed machining of smaller parts.
