Characteristics
Gear milling machines The machines of the H 250 CDM series are manufactured on the basis of medium-sized gear milling machines and include a chamfering module with two tool heads. The portal loader makes these machines even more productive and compact. These machines allow for gear milling, chamfering and deburring on gears up to 250 mm in diameter on a single machine, providing flexibility of technology. Different machining processes can be carried out and controlled separately, for example, it is possible to program the simultaneous milling and chamfering/deburring process, or only milling or only chamfering/deburring. The machines are equipped with the latest version of the Siemens CNC system. The machines are also supplied with modern tools with modern wear-resistant coatings - worm cutters and chamfer tools/deburring.
