Characteristics
Gear milling machines The H 100/130 series machines are the first platform of our line of small gear milling machines specifically designed for use in the automotive industry. Processing on machines is carried out both with and without the use of coolant. The chips from the cutting zone reliably descend along the steep walls of the bed, which eliminates the accumulation of chips in the working area. The machine design guarantees stability and rigidity by attaching the tailstock to the upper traverse and creating a closed structure, which is a great advantage when processing shaft gears. To ensure automatic operation, the machine is equipped with a fast double-grip portal loader. Free access and easy maintenance of all peripheral components, including pneumatics, hydraulics, electrics and chip removal systems, is provided. Due to the various drive designs, the machines can be used both for high-performance mass production and as powerful cutting machines with high torque. In addition, the direct drive technology implemented in this series allows you to use the latest developments, which makes the purchase of a machine a reliable investment. Special mention should be made of the fast and easy operation of the machine, guaranteed by our latest software based on the Siemens Sinumerik 840 D system.
