Description of the machine
The CNC lathe-520TMC is a 3-axis CNC machine with the possibility of installing a drive tool. Each shaft has a high-speed silent ball screw servo, high moving speed, low noise, high positioning accuracy and re-positioning accuracy; the servo motor is equipped with an absolute value encoder, no cumulative error, no memory, no need to search for a reference point, position information will not be lost after power off.
General: The machine has an integrated mechanical, electrical and hydraulic circuit. The inclined bed of 30° gives the advantages of compact design, high rigidity, convenient chip removal. The type of guide is a rolling guide, and the moving parts are high-speed silent ball-screw pairs. Its advantages are high speed, less heating and high positioning accuracy; the machine has fully enclosed protection, automatic chip removal, automatic lubrication, automatic cooling.
Spindle: The main drive of the machine is equipped with a Japanese high-performance Fanuc 11/15 kW servo motor, which drives the spindle through a pair of pulleys. The spindle rotation speed range is 30-4500 rpm. The front support of the main shaft consists of three high-precision angular contact ball bearings, and the rear support consists of two high-precision angular contact ball bearings.
Revolver head: The machine uses a servo-hydraulic revolver head, which has a high tool change speed and high reliability.
Drive:The high-performance Fanuc servo motor is used as the drive along the X and Z axes, which has high positioning accuracy and reliability..
CNC: Control system - Fanuc OI-TF, using a high-performance AC spindle motor and a servo motor.
