The CDX 250 machine is equipped with two carriages, each with a 5-position turret with 5 quick-change tool holders, which means that up to 10 groups of tools can be simultaneously on the machine, ready for processing at any time. This solution allows you to process shafts with 5 different gears or different batches of gears and shafts without changing machining programs or changing tools. The user-friendly dialog software allows you to set up the machine and control automatic cycles using plain text messages. Optionally, the CDX 250 machine can be equipped with a drilling device, for example, for drilling cooling channels in parts. To prevent the drill from breaking, the built-in allowance division system sets the part in the required position, and an automatic control system monitors the condition of the drill. The CDX 250 machine can be adapted to various automatic systems.
