The CD 250 machine is designed for chamfering and deburring of cylindrical straight-toothed and oblique-toothed toothed rings in pre-hardening processing. In addition, straight-toothed and oblique crowns can be processed simultaneously using a special patented Samputensili tool. Gears with special geometries (for example, with an inclined end or ends with connecting radii) are processed using a special tool. The machine in the basic design is designed for processing medium and large batches of parts. Thanks to integrated automation, high productivity is achieved.
The CDA 250 machine can be equipped with either a robot or a portal loader.
