Description
The CH series metal band saws are semi-automatic horizontal double-rack band saws for high-precision direct cutting of large steel workpieces with a rack frame. The working cylinder of the saw frame is integrated into the frame. The machine has a reasonable design, stable and reliable operation and high precision. It is an ideal equipment for cutting medium and small batches due to its economical price and high quality.
Two-column structure
- Hydraulic control of the saw feed rate, stepless adjustment;
- The workpiece is clamped with a hydraulic vise;
- The band saw blade is equipped with a rolling bearing and a guide made of hard alloy to extend the service life of the saw blade;
- At the end of the cutting cycle, the machine turns off automatically and the saw blade returns to its original position.
- The design of the guide seat is reasonable and highly accurate, ensures the correct direction of the guide block, prolongs the service life of the saw blade.
