The two-column portal structure, designed for harsh working conditions, forms a stable saw structure. There are two linear guides on each column and one lifting cylinder after each column, this configuration ensures stable lowering of the saw frame.
On both sides of the saw blade there are two portal clamping devices consisting of two pairs of clamping vises and two vertical cylinders, so that the workpiece can be clamped very tightly, and the blade will not easily fail.
A work table with electric rollers helps to easily feed the workpieces.
The double guide system with carbide and roller bearings ensures precise direction and a long service life of the web.
