The massive design of the machine allows cutting a wide range of materials – stainless and tool steel, both solid sections and profiles. The machine is equipped with a hydroelectric station that controls the clamping of the vise, lowering and lifting of the frame. After pressing the "Start" button, a full cutting cycle is performed – clamping the workpiece in a vise, turning on the band saw drive, lowering the frame with a predetermined feed, stopping the saw movement, lifting the frame to its original position and unclenching the vise. The operator can only feed the workpiece to the selected length. The machine has a saw blade tension control device that blocks the lowering of the frame and the motor when the belt breaks. The coolant supply is carried out automatically when the belt movement is turned on. The tension of the saw blade is adjusted before the warning lamp lights up. The saw frame of the machine is mounted on tension bearings and has an inclination of 25°. The rigid frame of the machine gives it increased durability, reduces vibration, allows for maximum cutting performance, and increases the service life of the equipment. All functions of the machine can be controlled separately by pressing the appropriate buttons.
