Gravity band saw machine. Cutting takes place by means of the console's own weight, a hydraulic cylinder and a throttle valve to regulate the feed rate of the shoulder into the cutting area. The saw is designed for perpendicular cutting and sloping cutting, sloping cutting can be steplessly adjusted in the range from 0 to 60 degrees to the right. The cutting angle is changed using a high-speed lever. The machine finds application in piece and small-scale production. Due to its massive construction, it allows cutting a wide range of materials, including stainless and tool steels, both profiles and massive workpieces.
