In many cases, the use of tankless hydraulic fluids is necessary, for example, in hydraulic systems of machining machines, where it is impossible to completely avoid the ingress of hydraulic fluid into coolant.
The RENOLIN ZAF D series of mineral oils are ash-free products prepared using a zinc-free technology, additionally possessing good anticorrosive properties, for use in loaded industrial systems requiring a working fluid of the HLPD level according to DIN 51 524. Special additives introduced into the products of this series significantly reduce the formation of precipitation and aging products.
