Description
The efficiency and reliability of the hydraulic system largely depends on the quality of the working fluid used. In addition to the function of transferring a significant amount of energy, the hydraulic fluid must seal, cool and lubricate, as well as perform a number of other functions. When starting the system, an excessively viscous working fluid absorbs a relatively large amount of energy due to its own internal resistance. If the liquid is not viscous enough, this can lead to increased friction and, as a result, to rapid wear. FUCHS has developed a series of so-called "low friction oils", which reduce energy loss and wear of hydraulic system elements during its start-up. RENOLIN B HVI series oils are produced on the basis of aging-resistant mineral oils and contain additives that further improve antioxidant properties. The products in this series contain zinc.
