Description
It is a water-miscible, graphite- and oil-free lubricant for molds. Significantly improves the flow of metal during deformation and surface quality.
LUBRODAL F 400 is designed for the processes of warm forging of steel, special alloys and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, brass, etc.), especially in cases where graphite-based products cannot be used.
LUBRODAL F 400 is supplied as a concentrate and must be diluted with water before use. The dilution coefficient depends on the degree of deformation and the metal being processed, and is determined empirically.
