It is a graphite-based water-miscible compound designed to lubricate molds in the most complex stamping operations taking place at medium and high temperatures.
LUBRODAL F 24 W can be successfully used in situations where traditional graphite dispersions in water reach the limits of their effectiveness. Due to its excellent wetting properties, an effective lubricating separation film is formed on the most inaccessible areas of the molds.
LUBRODAL F 24 W is a concentrate that must be diluted with water before use. The optimal dilution coefficients are determined empirically.
