LUBRODAL F 21 A SET is a water-miscible graphite-containing lubricating and separating compound used to lubricate molds in hot stamping operations of steel parts.
LUBRODAL F 21 A SET contains graphite with different particle sizes. The high content of fine graphite makes it possible to achieve effective coating of metal surfaces, while larger particles provide maximum thermal stability.
Depending on the material and complexity of the processed products, LUBRODAL F 21 A SET is diluted with water in a ratio from 1:1 to 1:25 before use. The optimal degree of dilution is determined in a practical way.
