The PLC control system can be used to set up a group or several groups of data for continuous cutting and automatic manual exchange.
A servo feed is used, the maximum feed stroke is 1000 mm at a time, and a length of more than 1000 mm can be fed several times. The repeat feed accuracy is (± 0.5 mm).
Specially designed for cutting rectangular pipes, the angle between the saw blade and the work table is 2-3 degrees, which improves production efficiency and cutting accuracy, as well as prolongs the service life of the saw blade.
There is one set of feeding tables on both sides of the band saw blade, if it cannot reach the set position after the rear feeding table is fed, the front feeding table can pull out the material, and then the rear feeding table presses again until the set position is reached, then begins sawing.
The bed and conveyor, both sides of the feed conveyor are equipped with a vertical roller, which can be adjusted according to the width of the material being cut, to facilitate the control of cutting the entire bundle.
