Emulsion-Type Biostable Metalworking Fluid
The concentrate of the emulsion-type coolant (MWF) consists of mineral oil, emulsifiers, metal corrosion inhibitors, lubricating and biocidal additives. It does not contain harmful substances such as nitrites, phenols, etc.
It is intended for use in 2–12% aqueous emulsions (water hardness 1–7 °Ж) for cutting and abrasive machining of carbon steels, cast iron, and aluminum alloys.
In addition, Advanor M14 B can also be used as concentrated emulsions or emulsol for metal forming operations such as stamping, tube bending, etc.
Advanor M14 B can replace the following fluids in cutting operations: Ratak 6210, Dromus BX, Blasocut 2000 Cl.
