Description
Gravity band saw machine. Cutting takes place by means of the console's own weight, a hydraulic cylinder and a throttle valve to regulate the feed rate of the shoulder into the cutting area. The machine is designed for cutting workpieces in perpendicular and angular mode, the angular cuts are smoothly adjustable from -45 to +60 degrees. The cutting angle is changed using a high-speed lever. The machine finds application in piece and small-scale production. Due to its massive construction, it allows cutting a wide range of materials including stainless and tool steels, both profiles and massive workpieces.
